“ We went here during dinner time, and it was a very pleasant experience, the services are superb and so was the FOOD, we did not expect the huge serving, especially for it's price, it is affordable and delicious, the place was great, even in night time, cirt lights and a charming mountain atmosphere. Fried Pork and Chicken Adobo: The adobo was tender and exceptionally tasty. Rating: 10/10. Pork Belly Adobar: This pairs perfectly with mais rice, offering tender and flavorful meat. Rating: 10/10. Drinks: We enjoyed three Mango Shakes and a Coke. Suggestions for Improvement: Service: The service was notably slow, and some waiters appeared inattentive. It's essential for the staff to promptly clean tables with leftover dishes to accommodate new customers. Implementing a working system to streamline table service and order management would greatly enhance the dining experience. Road Leading to the Parkin Lot: The entrance road poses a hazard, especially when it rains, as it becomes slippery and challenging for vehicles to navigate up to the parking spots. Cementing the road would resolve this issue and ensure a safer experience for patrons. Despite these areas needing improvement, the ambiance of KUMA is undeniably charming, and the food was excellent. I look forward to returning soon to see how they evolve and refine their service. Overall, the dining experience was great, and KUMA shows promising potential as a standout restaurant in the area. ”
